Weems
A.k.a. Brian Williams
"DJ Weems" is a major collector, and former NYU College Radio DJ from the old days (1980's) of the NYC left-of-center club scene. Weems' specialties are classic and obscure Garage Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Northern Soul, early Disco and old-school Hip-Hop. Weems attended NYU and had his own radio show, and knew Rick Rubin when Rick was running the original Def Jam label from his NYU dormitory apartment. Weems moved out of NYC to work as a full time commercial Radio Disc-Jockey in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and then moved on to become a full time Mortgage Consultant.
