Weissglut was a German band from Bingen am Rhein that belonged to the "Neue Deutsche Härte" movement. After a controversy with bandmember Josef Klumb having ties to the well known German National Socialist Black Metal band Absurd they reformed the band with a new line-up under the name Silber in 2002.
