Werner Schulze -- Bass Player, Bassoonist, Composer Born in 1952, in Austria, studied in Vienna, bassoon and basic harmonic research at the Academy of Music and the Performing Arts, philosophy at the University of Vienna, and composition with Jeno Takacs. He has written orchestral and chamber works and art songs and his music has received hundreds of performances throughout the world. As well he performs as a bassoonist and contrabassoonist in chamber groups and in concert.
