This record was mostly done in the Music A Matic Studio, during January/February 1987 in Gothenburg, except Witchwood and War Fields October 1985 and parts of New Water January 1983 in Oslo. Track Karius & Baktus based on famous fairytale by Torbjorn Egner. Two sheets with lyrics, info and graphics included. The cover is made of white mail envelope with the text "WHEN Drowning But Learning" on front and a stamp "Drowning But Learning" on the back.
