Sydney-based studio group "White Wine" was assembled in 1969 by Gus McNeil for the purpose of promoting STARWINE, an Australian brand of sparkling wine. They recorded an album "Overflow" (Festival SFL 933607) and a 45 "The Train Song/Look Around" (Festival FK3345) which achieved some success and a touring band was then formed to play the material from it. They split in 1970.
