Will Glenn was a founding member of The Rain Parade along with Matt Piucci, Stephen Roback, David Roback and Michael Murphy. Glenn was also a member of the Rainy Day project, Viva Saturn and, under the name William Cooper, Mazzy Star. Glenn also recorded with The Three O'Clock on their first two records and worked with Kristian Hoffman. Will Glenn died on March 16th, 2001
