A.k.a. William "Hollywood" Doughty

Percussionist by "Grand Central" (band formed in 1971, by Prince & André Anderson. Later joined by Linda Anderson, Charles "Chazz" Smith and Terrance "Terry" Jackson. In 1974 Charles was replaced by Morris Day. In 1975 they changed their name to "Grand Central Corporation", but weren't always consistently billed as such. After Prince and Terry Jackson left the band, they evolved into "Shampayne" and disbanded altogether in 1978). William deceased in February 2019
