Soul - funk singer (Born on 13.07.1950 in Detroit, Michigan - Died on 22.02.2000 in New York, U.S.A.) a.k.a. William "Weegee" Howard, Weegee Howard. He sang with a group called the Sir Primes whilst at high school. After leaving the The Dramatics in 1972, he pursued a solo career. He rejoined The Dramatics for their reunion in 1986, but left again in 1989. Not to be confused with US R&B vocalist William "Smoke" Howard. For the classical pianist, see William Howard (2).
