Silent Koalas have emerged deep from within the jungle to take over your nearest dancefloor. Our brand new label is focused on bringing unique and quality music to your ears with each and every release. Our first EP, A New Adventure, comes from label founder and boss Wilson Costa. This release includes two new tracks, New Born Symphony and Steppin. New Born Symphony begins with a sophisticated percussion groove and wide bodied kick pattern. This infectious groove pushes the track into airy and menacing atmospheric sounds. A loose and dragging bass synth moves through the low end. Sensual vocals dance in and around a raspy lead melody. The track breaks things down with a classic house influenced breakbeat. Melodies continue to flow in and out as the track pushes to its conclusion. Steppin is a dancefloor oriented record that begins with snappy percussion and a bouncing bassline groove. The 90s house influence is front and center as whispering pad sounds meld with silky smooth vocal chops. This track keeps the groove and atmosphere front and center before reaching a climax of classic house synths and breakbeat percussion. All these elements interplay to leave the dancefloor moving and your ears grooving. Wilson brings his signature style and attention to detail with this release.
