German radio presenter, journalist and musical director, born August 4th, 1948 in the city of Maschen, Lower Saxony, Germany. Hahn started his career in 1970 as reporter and voice for German radio station NDR 2. After many years on air, also with some experience in TV-shows, he became vice-musical director of NDR 2, being deputy for Lutz Ackermann. In 1995 he went to NDR 4 for the position of musical director, holding this position until 1998. From 1998 until 2008, Hahn switched to NDR television in varying positions. Hahn retired in October, 2008 and is living today in the city of Hamburg.
