This is an exercise record with a plummy accented English lady giving instructions. The backing music consists of mainly drum machine/ synthesiser backed instrumental versions of pop hits or album tracks by popular artists. There's a bit of vocoder on the b-side and Magic Fly is interesting as the lady suddenly speaks through effects to give a feeling of being in the future or in space. It's pretty cheesy on the whole. I'm guessing it came out in about 1983/4.
