A.k.a. X Mouth Syndrome

X MOUTH SYNDROME ( XMS ) is a musical project that began in 2008 at Dragan Vujcic’s initiative, leader of the band as singer, songwriter and producer. Dragan Vujcic (vocals, guitars & synth) and Elie Devallée (sampling &videos) decided to go for an electro-punk project that Elie named X Mouth Syndrome. Thierry Roehrig (lyrics) soon joined them. Jim Boquet replaced Elie the following year. Chloé Homont and Jean Poteau also joined the project. An eponymous 16-track cd was released and XMS started doing gigs with TREPONEM PAL, CNK, MODERN CUBISM, DALCAN, ARNAUD REBOTINI, NOMENKLATUR... X Mouth Syndrome is characterized by the meeting of various musical worlds such as EBM for powerful bass , synth pop for melodies and punk for energy and dynamic vocals. Its musical texture is original and unique because it feeds on what everyone can bring. In the process it attracted interest for remixes by XMS of INDOCHINE, DEAD SEXY, BAK XIII, SHINY DARKNESS, NEUTRAL LIES and ALK A LINE songs. 2011 marked a new turning point with a new sound and a new line-up , Dragan and Amélie Mahieu released "Find a way ", the second X MOUTH SYNDROME cd (6 electro-pop tracks) . Amélie also took part in the recording of the following album. 2012 : new colours for X MOUTH SYNDROME with a colder and tougher sound with fewer guitars to get a more EBM touch. Gregory Parein (audio and video) and Liza Zaslavsky (percussions) decided to join X MOUTH SYNDROME. "Chrome III" , a 14-track cd was released, and X MOUTH SYNDROME were back on tour with their EBM CLASH in France, Belgium, England and Germany ... 2014 : Dragan works with Liza (drums), Fred (keyboards+machines+vocals+lyrics) and Nico (guitar) . XMS began on stage with bands like Treponem Pal, CNK, Modern Cubism, Dalcan, Arnaud Rebotini, Nomenklatur, Combat Voice, Parade Ground, Darkmen, Shiny Darkness, Spacebuoy … X MOUTH SYNDROME also worked on some electro remixes for bands like BAK XIII, Dead Sexy Inc. Darkmen and has been remixed back by People Theatre, Nadaboys , Neutral Lies or Darkmen … In 2014, XMS joins the EK Product Label under which it will release its upcoming production, the album “DIRTY GRACE”
