Xavi Ganjam gets its first sitar in 2002, after seven years playing various stringed instruments, and several years of interest in the sound of the indian music. In 2004 He knows the sitarist of Bangladesh, Sazed Ul Alam, and began to study with him. Fruit of this friendship two years later, He records and produces his album ' Tribute Nelson Mandela' with Raimundo Amador, Shiv Shankar and Sazed (2006) In March 2012, He self-produces their first album of meditation and relaxation called 'Seatar' composed of improvisations over the Raga Bhupali, mixed with real sea waves. Months later he make his first public recital on-line at the Noise Off Festival, being recognized as the performance of the month (October 2012). He starts to play at the circuit of the ethnic music and yoga schools. The year 2013 starts playing a concert relaxation at the prison of Foncalent (Alicante) and finishs in November traveling to India, to study with the master of Varanasi, Debashish Sanyal, and also in Khajuraho with Pandit Balram Sukla (whom he later will produce an album). Back home, Xavi records with the Paraguayan Harpist Juanjo Corbalan a song for their new album in April 2014 In August He is invited to play in the International Rototom Festival 2014 at Benicassim, inside the stage 'Live Energy', where he performs three days .He is currently preparing a new album, while performing recordings and concerts with Spanish musicians such as Osvaldo Jorge, Dhavid Alexis or Jaime Fraj Pla.
