Band, *2007
Musician of Rock
Xilentium was born in the year 2007 by Obscurus (Ex-Jäger). The band had a session member doing drums named “Steve Bowers”. He soon left the band, due to ideology differences within the band. Late 2007, a second member joined “Demogorgon 88”; With him, came the National Socialist direction of the band. The Demo 1 (Recorded by Obscurus) was released on Grey Ghost Records and later that same year on Black Metal Cult Records. Xilentium started doing many local shows and became known for having great shows as well. Xilentium always financed their own shows and Demogorgon 88 would even rent a venue Called the “Ruby Room” in downtown Phoenix and would pay other great bands to come perform “Nights Of Unholy Black Metal”. Within time, the venue got shut down, due to the economy crashing in 2008. By this time, Xilentium was an established two piece band and remained this way for almost a decade. That same year of 2008, Xilentium recorded their live DVD ritual in the old school metal shop called “Metal Devastation” and played with many good bands that night… So, many years go by and Xilentium don’t really record any new albums, but are still very active as far as live shows. Xilentium continues to rehearse every weekend and performed live often; Xilentium also did a show in California around 2009. Then, in 2014, Xilentium decides to enter the recording studio for its album “Purity For all Aryans” and continues to do live shows. Although the band wrote and recorded “Purity For All Aryans”, This caused huge amounts of problems with the band over huge Boycotts and threats in their city, Antifa were even fucking their vehicles up.. They would watch Xilentium live sets with backs turned. So, Xilentium just stopped doing live shows, there was no real skinheads in their city anyways and they weren’t about to start playing for just off-breed Pagan Hipsters. Xilentium than released a split (of rare old tracks) with Demogorgon 88’s solo project “Weißen Nur Einen Tag” and “Godcider”. In late 2014, Xilentium contributes to 2 Compilations; the Hammerstorm Volume 3 Wotan Mit Uns Volume 2. In 2015, Obscurus is indefinitely kicked out of Xilentium. Demogorgon 88 than contact long time Comrade, Sicarius, in 2016 and he was hired as a full time Guitarist and Bassist. Xilentium instantly started writing 4 new tracks for what would be known as the “Terror Cult Division” split. In 2016, Xilentium joins “Terror Cult Division” and also finish recording 4 new tracks for the 5 way split with Tötenkreuz/Gaskammer/Visions Of Elders/88. In 2017 (after 3 years of composition) the split CD officially releases on Black Metal Cult Records. Demogorgon 88 is the Founder of the Internationally Known “Terror Cult Division” and “Black Metal Cult Records”. Trivia: XILENTIUM is pronounced like Xerox. “Xi-lent-ium” Line up: Demogorgon 88: Drums, Vocals Sicarius: Guitars, Bass
