Xuei Ruff, sound engineer, graphic designer, DJ and producer of dark music, is the label manager of "Ruff-Tang Productions" and the owner of the recording studio "Ruff-Tang Laboratories". He started production in 1997 (drum'n'bass, ambient) and DJ'ing in 2000.
