A popular 80's Welsh language rock band from Llanrwst. They formed at Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy (Llanrwst School) in 1983. Their early line up was Mark Roberts, Barry Cawley, Paul Jones, Dylan Hughes. Dylan left to join Yr Anhrefn and Mark Kendall replaced him. Their popular hits includes Cymru Lloegr a Llanrwst (Wales England and Llanrwst), Llawenydd Heb Diwedd (Endless Joy) . They made numerous T.V appearances on shows like Stid, Roc Rol Te and Heno Heno. They performed at the 1989 Eisteddford in Llanrwst. They released material on Recordiau Anhrefn (a small record label - run by Rhys Mwyn of Yr Anhrefn). They set up their company before signing to Ankst. They disbaned in 1992 after releasing Mae Ddoe Yn Ddoe ...(Yesterday is Yesterday...). In 2005, Rasal (part of Sain) release a box set called Atalnod Llawn (Full Stop). Y Cyrff means The Bodies in English.
