Jewel case comes housed in a card-stock slipcase. *Track 1 is miscredited in the booklet as "Composed by Toshiyuki Omori." Is actually composed by Hidetoshi Sato. **Track 13 runs for 1:31 and then is followed by 5:03 of silence before switching to "hidden track" 14. 14 is not referred to on the exterior of the packaging but it is listed inside the jewel case, below the transparent disc holder. It is a separate track and not a true "hidden track".
