Rock N' Roll / Punk Band from Lima Peru (1985-1998) Led by Edwin Núñez with songs about the social national at the time. Lyrics were about atheism, comtempt, life at the streets and society. The name of the band was all that they hat as the Government and the Manipulated Education. Gigs were at San Marcos University, Rimac District, Carmen de la Legua, etc. Edwin Núñez dead in 2007.
