Zellots was originally an all-female punk band founded in in late 1970s, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The original lineup (vocalist Heather Haley, guitarist Christine deVeber, bassist Jane Colligan, and drummer Conny Knowe) broke up only to be re-formed in 1980 by bassist Jane Colligan and guitarist Christine deVeber in London, Ontario, Canada with vocalist Cathy Destun and drummer Greg Moore. Greg Moore was replaced by Craig McGauley on drums and John Francom was later joined on rhythm guitar, sax, and keyboards until Zellots disbanded in 1984.
