A.k.a. Zig Zag
Kyoto-based punk rock band, formed in 1980 and broke up in the late 1981. (Not to be confused with another Japanese rock band with the same name that was active in the '80s) Original lineup: Hiroshi (Vocals & Guitar), Mark (Drums) and Naoki Date (Bass) Released one 7" EP in March 1981 under the name of Hiroshi Miki (as his "solo" release, however, tracks recorded by ZigZag) and LP entitled "Madd Power" in August 1981. Hiroshi appeared in the movie "アッシイたちの街" (Assy tachi no machi) in Spring 1981. The EP was released as soundtrack for this movie. (http://www.discogs.com/artist/3219900-Hiroshi-Miki-2) Since 1993 through the '90s, Hiroshi has played in various bands, such as Trickster, 1999, and H.J.T., with the former members from The Roosters, EP-4, Ultra Bide, Animal Z, etc. ZigZag got back together in 2004. 2005 lineup: Zingi (Vocals, ex-The Stripper), Hiroshi (Guitar), Kamikaze (Bass, ex-Masturbation) and Takami (Drums, ex-SS, The Continental Kids, Nankai Hawkwind, Zenryoku Onanies and Hoburakin/Hovlakin) 2007 ~ current lineup: Hiroshi (Vocals & guitar), Mark (Drums) and Pon (Bass, From Laughin' Nose, ex-Nashi)
