On January 8th in 2000, Ziggy had his first public appearance on the "Virtual Matrix" in Hamburg. That was the beginning for his booking career, which brought him to several Clubs in the entire region regularly. In May he started his first Job as Resident-DJ at the "Kitchen Base Club" in Lüneburg. A year later, the bookings were also trans-regional and ZIGGY X was in northern Germany the ravers a term. In September 2002 ZIGGY X started to work on the first ZIGGY X - Single that was released on December 6th on their own Label - the track "Bassdusche"!!! After this track he became a huge Insider-tip in the DJ-Scene, got played often by well-known DJ's at Clubs in Germany, Austria and Poland, the EMI decided to re-release the track again in 2003. That made ZIGGY X well known in entire Europe. On Sunshine Live listeners voted the track "Bassdusche" to Motorola Dance Track 2003. However this has been the only release on EMI because ZIGGY X wanted to keep his artistic freedom and didn't accept to change his style. So with his second track "Geschwindigkeitsrausch" he changed to the Label Aqualoop. There he had 6 releases with 13 tracks in total. All these tracks had their own style - the unique X-style. Each of these tracks had its own success, but mainly "Thiz Rox" made the DJ with the unique hairstyle well-known from America to Japan. At that time ZIGGY X and Aqualoop parted their ways more and more. The label followed the ever-growing trend and House-Music, ZIGGY X decided to take a harder way, because always the harsh sounds were a predominant part of his sets. This style can be heard on his own Compilation "Bassdusche" (2006-2011) and his "Stormy Crowd" (2007), as well at Ziggy´s popular radio show "SHOWER OF BAZZ" on www.Hardlovers.FM every Monday (18 h to 22 h CET) . In 2008, the paths of Aqualoop and ZIGGY X parted. So it was then that he also was thinking about to finish his career as a DJ before then but decided to continue with "Bassdusche 2k9". With his hardstyle release "Cap Andritxol" on the label PunQ, ZIGGY X has made in August 2011 also sit up again and again set a small exclamation mark, which in April 2013 followed another one with "Not Available". Everyone who knows him and has experienced know that ZIGGY X polarized - whether in Denmark, Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain or Hungary!
