A.k.a. Alec Snook
Alec Snook is a composer, producer, and remixer from Bristol. He has released two albums as Zoon van snooK, 2010’s ‘Falling From The Nutty Tree’, via the Mush imprint, and ‘The Bridge Between Life & Death’, which arrived in 2013 courtesy of Lo Recordings. Both releases showcased Alec’s playful, genre-straddling approach, an enticing combination of found sounds, field recordings, electronics, and acoustic instruments. He has collaborated with artists such as Paul Hartnoll, Ulrich Schnauss, Tunng, Daedelus, ISAN...and also remixed the likes of James Yorkston, The Pictish Trail, and Fujiya & Miyagi.
