A.k.a. Odious Sanction

Old-school Death Metal band from Cleveland, Ohio. Formed in November of 1991. In 1992 they changed their style to Technical Death Metal and changed their name to Gutted, recording a 9-song debut album. However, due to a different Ohio-based Gutted (formed in 1992) getting a record deal with the name, Gutted changed their name again to Odious Sanction in 1993. They then released 4 (three songs plus the intro) of the "Gutted" debut songs as their "Odious Sanction" demo.
