"Recorded at The Funny Farm - Europe, except: #2 recorded live at the "Why Not," Traben, Germany, 6 Jun 1991. #11, 12, 15, 16 recorded at Silk & Illusion, 1994. #13, 14 recorded live at "The Vampyre Lounge", Simi Valley, CA, 22 July 1994."
