A.k.a. hargibas capibara Lubber Louie

Experimental/no-wave/psychobilly band from Minsk, Belarus. In January 2016 the band's guitarist Joe tragically passed away, so the band decided to continue as a duo, changing the name to Lo.CB for a short period of time, but then changing it back to "slowner" a bit later. In 2017 Louie and Milk started their new band, Lubber Louie. Lineup: Louie - double-bass, vocals Joe - guitar Milk - drums
