Limited to 150 copies, and came in a DVD case. "I Am the Ghost That Haunts You," was the first official release from sunrise.sunset. It was written and recorded in December of 2002 over three days while stranded indoors during a blizzard. The recordings were released as CDR that was limited to 150 copies and packaged in a used DVD case. "I Am the Ghost..." was the most circulated and well received of their releases. It was mostly given away for free at their shows, through merch tables of their friends' bands, and at shows booked by Paul. Zines in Massachusetts, Florida, and Pennsylvania wrote favorably about the release and helped spread word of the band. At the last concert, a expanded version was sold/given away which included "Zombies Attack!" There were only about 20 of these. BACKGROUND: sunrise.sunset was formed in December 2002 by the brothers Paul and Keith Orzech, and ended in 2005. The band was sometimes referred to as "terror-core." Although they were relatively obscure, they gained a loyal cult following from various and random locations around the world. All of their releases were/are available for free online, but physical versions were also released in small batches, which are difficult to come by. Officially, they put out 2 EP releases and 1 demo, but other random songs were sometimes circulated. A vinyl discography that was planned for release on Halloween 2015, has been pushed back to around Thanksgiving due to pressing delays.
