Advent is an American Christian North Carolina-based hardcore band that use to be signed to Solid State Records. The band featured members of Beloved, and was considered a pseudo-continuation of Beloved. The band released two albums under the label Solid State Records. In July 2011 the band announced that they disbanded, and held two final shows on September 2 and 3 in South Carolina and North Carolina, respectively.
