Singer of Dance
A.k.a. Caroline Coombes, Dominique Lauvergnat
Arom are made up of two members: Caro and Dom, both of whom originate from the south of France. Before the formation of the group, Dom was a sound engineer and made his own music, but was always on the lookout for a singer. Caro was in a gigging rock group named NMP. The two of them first met in 1997 and the Arom adventure began. These songs were recorded in their home studio and reflect the universal worlds of love, dreams and poetry. Arom's main inspirations are a mixture of Trip Hop and Drum & Bass, while Caro's voice has been compared to both Bjork and Kate Bush. At the moment, unfortunately, there aren't any news about group. Their website stopped working in the middle of 2006.
