Aram Talalian (b. 1971) is an Armenian cellist from a renowned musicians' family (son of cellist Geronty Talalian and nephew of violist Henrik Talalyan), member of Komitas Quartet (2000–2010) and State Youth Orchestra of Armenia. He received his MMus and PhD degrees from Yale University and returned to Armenia. Since 1997, Talalian teaches at the Yerevan State Conservatory. The musician had been touring around CIS countries, South America, USA, Europe and the Middle East. Aram Talalian shared the stage with Claude Frank, Yo-Yo Ma, Vladimir Spivakov, Jaap Schröder, Diemut Poppen, Jesse Levine, christopher stembridge, Emin Khachaturian, Levon Chilingirian and other prominent musicians.
