This is the first US stereo version, released in a gatefold sleeve and with an accompanying 20-page booklet. Later versions had a single sleeve and/or a different sleeve design. A." on front - Back of the sleeve shows a drawing, no sleeve notes BOOKLET: - 20 pages, full size - Contains biographical notes on Rubinstein, notes about the Chopin works and a Rubinstein discography - The last page has an "Important" stereo info sticker attached - "© by Radio Corporation of America, 1959" - "Printed in U. S. A."
