Track 9 is given as "Hyper Ballade & Violently Happy", but in fact they are two separate tracks, so there are 14 tracks on the release, not 13 as listed. Track 13 (No. 12 on the sleeve) is commonly known as "Play Dead". Released in standard jewel case with 4-page booklet.
