This is a collection of some of the demo recordings of the band Matrix before they changed their name to Bride. Originally released independently in the early 90s as 1983-1984. According to insert of the original Matrix 1983-1984: "The songs that appear on this CD are from the Recording of PG-13, Monkey See Monkey Do. The song I Can Fly Now, was cut from the first Bride Record." It is generally assumed that track 1-8 are from "PG-13" and track 9-18 are from "Monkey See Monkey Do". If this is to be true then several songs were re-titled. Both releases don't have songs with the titles of tracks 8 to 10, 16 and 18 of this recording. The Matrix release "Silent Madness" also has a track called 'Melissa', but that is not this recording. The origin of this version of 'Melissa' is unknown.
