The Donovan Concert - Live In La was recorded before a packed house of 3500 at the KOdak Theatre in Hollywood, California, on January 21, 2007. Donovan performs ll his legendary hits, cult classics, and a new song, "The ILlusion", with his daughter Astrella Celeste, along with sidemen TOm Mansi (concert bass) and Stewart Lawrence (percussion). Mike Love of the Beach Boys makes a surprise appearence. Master filmmaker David Lych introduces the Donovan Concert, which was held to benefit the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education and World Peace
