Band,
Jazz and Rock
An anomaly of the Krautrock era, Electric Circus (named after the Toto Blanke album that brought them together) were not at all the jazz fusion band they might have been. On their one-off live LP, the international trio of: guitarist Toto Blanke, with Dutch jazz keyboarder Jasper Van't Hof and Finnish avant-jazz drummer Edward Vesala, played a spacey fusion that has more in common with Kosmische / Krautrock. After this band split Toto formed the all-new Toto Blanke's Electric Circus.
