b. 5 November 1926, Sans Souci, Trinidad, BWI Influential Trinidadian pan tuner imigrated to the United States in the 1960s. Collaborated with American folklorists Pete Seeger; Murray Narrel (father of Andy Narell & Jeff Narell) and several state university systems in establishing steel band programs. Past tuner for The United States Navy Steel Band and The University of West Virginia Steel Band.
