It reads 'manufactured by B.V. Bovema-Holland' on sleeve, but 'Bovema EMI, Haarlem, Holland' on the rim of the labels. The gate-fold sleeve contains next to a photo of the performers reviews from USA newspapers. And it has the sung-texts / libretto's in their original languages as well.
