Rock, Spoken Word and Pop (Interview, Spoken Word)
As a Village Voice journalist personality, Howard Smith recorded hundreds of audio interviews with rock stars and icons. These original audio reels then sat untouched and unheard in his West Village loft for 40 years. Until now. These are the complete, unedited interviews with Eric Clapton / October 24, 1970 and George Harrison / May 1, 1970 remastered from the original audio reels. "What I'm saying is that I can be Lennon and McCartney too, but I'd rather be Harrison."
