Recorded October 1-2 1997 (Tenney), November 17 1997 (Wolpe), December 11-12 1997 (Varèse & Cage), February 2 1998 (Feldman) at WDR Köln, Funkhaus 1, Klaus-von-Bismarck-Saal.
