Jean-Paul Effe played live with many musicians from the post-punk Paris scene, including Daniel Darc and later with Bruno Blum as a member of The Sexy Frogs. His first solo album "C'est Ainsi" was issued in 2000. His second and final album "Prendre L'Air" was released in 2005. Effe died of hepatitis C in the summer of 2015.
