This release has: - Blue and white deep grooved Lexington Ave. address on B side label - Blue and white deep grooved 47 West 63rd - NYC (No INC., no ®) address on the A side label - RVG etched and "P" symbol for Plastylite in run-out groove - 767 Lexington Ave. address on back cover - blank spine - non-laminated jacket This version is a repress that was likely released during or shortly after 1958. It can be differentiated by the mismatched labels that show different company addresses.
