Published by : A1 - Campbell Connelly (Australia) P/L A2 - Chappell's Sydney Also on the label it states "Made In New Zealand" and on the rear sleeve "Manufactured and Distributed in New Zealand by Philips Records (N.Z.) Ltd. Picture sleeve is fully laminated both sides and the disc pressed on extremely thick, heavy vinyl; twice as thick as the UK and Australian pressings of this EP.
