Thick, heavy cardboard sleeve, textured surface, printed in the USA. Back cover of album is blank. Includes 12-page booklet printed at the Skira Color Studios, Lausanne, Switzerland. Some colour photos are pasted to the booklet. Mono version has cat# LD-2560 Cat# LDS-2560 on sleeve. Cat# LDS 2560 on labels.
