Album PL 2013 on Koh-I-Noor Records label
Dance (House, Bassline, UK Garage)
House and bass collide with the phenomenal debut EP At Dawn Again from Polish producer Klaves, featuring standout track “Hope It Gets to Love”. Out 15 April on Warsaw imprint Koh- I-Noor Records, the five track EP also features a remix from Fault Lines. This April, 21-year-old Klaves (aka Mikolaj Gramowski) joins the ranks of rising house producers in 2013 with his stunning debut for Koh-I-Noor. Hailing from Poznan, Poland, Klaves’ fascination with UK club music led him to the creation of At Dawn Again, where he combines complex chords and sparkling synths with soulful vocal samples to create an atmosphere fusing future garage together with underground deep house. While “Hope It Gets to Love” is a real DJ’s weapon, with its addictive melodies and deep bass, tracks like “Closer” showcase the newcomer’s more experimental future bass tendencies. Glasgow-based Pole Fault Lines takes remix duties flipping “Hope It Gets to Love” to his own tech-infused style. Klaves’ At Dawn Again EP is simply a must-have release for those looking for the next undiscovered house music gem to drop at dawn... again.
