Limited edition of 5 copies. From Khj : "One-Sided LP by Cipher prod. / Australia (sic 78) released in an edition of only 5 copies. The regular LP "a tribute to J. Beuys" will no longer being released by Cipher Prod. The project of this LP is cancelled. The LP now appears as a one-sided LP of Kommissar Hjuler, but only five copies, and no regular LP following at Cipher. Five test pressing now became released as the release no. (sic 78) of Cipher Prod. Australia, with destroyed track of the side by the second artist, this second side is no longer playable, this artist is no longer named for the project. These LPs all appeared in an unique assemblage art work cover by Kommissar Hjuler, using (and destroying) original work of Joseph Beuys for cover art, destruction: as he did with the voice of Beuys for the recording : NO!beuys." This is No. 2/5, appearing in an assemblage made of an original democracy-bag by Beuys and original sides of the boxed Free-University-Newspaper no.1.
