This compilation is a collection of past and present records that feature Lord Tariq and it was especially compiled for the disk jocks of America. It is to be used for promotional purposes only and not to be sold. Codeine Records came out blazin in 1997 as one of the new up and coming record labels in America. After a brief stint dealing with the majors, we felt the need to continue on our original quest to be the ultimate Hip-Hop label. We have no one else to thank for the support but the DJ's, retailers, magazines, and video shows that helped us keep it real. Big ups to Royce Fortune and all the independent retailers who have held us down. The impact convention who gave us love and all the other trades like Billboard, The Source, Gavin, Hits, Murderdog, and many others. Peace to The BX, PG, MBP's, Straight P, Minnesota, The DA, Father Time, Robert and Jeff and Alien Flyers, Big Lou, Ranee, Big D, Pecas, Tony B, Daddy Neil, Ski, Hot Mike, Evil Minds, Trip Milez, Yokon, The Wood, and all the children of the world, Destiny, Andrew, Rashad, and Corey.
