Album US 2004 on HipHopSite.com Recordings label
Hip-Hop/Rap
Promotional CD given away with "Mm.. Food" by Hiphopsite.com, with a recipe for Villainous Mac & Cheeze (by Grammy Dumile) on the back of the CD insert. Track 3 uses instrumental from SD50's produced "Humrush" off the "Mr. Hood" album. "Vomit" is an alternate version of "Vomitspit" and contains an error in that Parallel Thought is not actually featured on the song, although Drum & Knowledge (part of Parallel Thought) are credited for producing it.
