The CD only says "Recorded Live In The U.S.A. - 1982 / 1986", but it's incorrect. Tracks 1-4 - live Olympen, Lund, Sweden, Sept. 24, 1986 Tracks 5-11 - "No Life 'Til Leather" demo July 1982 Tracks 12-13 - March 1982 rehearsal recordings (aka "Whisky Auduition Tape") The Lund show is one of the gigs where John Marshall from Metal Church filled in on guitar for injured James Hetfield; these tracks are the last 4 songs from the gig. "The Four Horsemen" also includes Kirk's guitar solo (playing The Munsters theme) and the intro to "AM I Evil?". "Am I Evil?" on track 4 obviously runs so short because the entire intro was separated from it and included on track 1.
