CD in jewel case with fold-out 6-page booklet. Recorded and mixed April 1991 at Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The original photographs intended for use on this sleeve were siezed upon entry into the United Kingdom by Her Majesty's Customs and Excise and were destroyed for allegedly contravening the Obscene Publications Act. They showed a woman with her torso cut open. The durations printed inside the booklet are slightly different from the durations on the release.
