With their positive and sleek morals Profound Intent became a popular co-ed teen music group within a brief period in the mid-00's. Devan "Devy B"Brockenberry; Kie'Arra "Mizz Redz" Pretlow and Rapper-Politician Larry "LaPret" Pretlow II were all founding-members of the group along with Jahnae "Misty" Johnson. All members of the group were natives of Washington, D.C.
