After a handful of short silent tracks (tracks 20 to 41), there are two unlisted bonus tracks: "Happy Birthday To Will" and a cover of "Breaking The Law" by Judas Priest. Issued in a folded brown paper sleeve with artwork, credits and tracklist, with an outer protective plastic sleeve.
